To create and foster a Pre-College and S.T.E.A.M Academy that provides equitable educational outcomes for all students who attend Excelsior Preparatory High School.
Mission Statement
Excelsior provides all students, who walk through our doors, with a culturally responsive and academically rigorous secondary experience that leverages the Excelsior Preparatory values of Perseverance, Achievement, Scholarship and Service while using instructional approaches that support students in becoming actively aware of their thinking processes. Our Scholars will engage curricula curated by expert instructors that focus on the S.T.E.A.M Disciplines, Post-Secondary Disciplines, Career Readiness and Social Emotional Intelligence Development. Following these pathways, Excelsior graduates will be tomorrow's thought leaders, critical thinkers and problem solvers.
