AP Research 2023
AP Research is an interdisciplinary course that encourages students to demonstrate critical thinking and academic research skills on a topic of the student’s choosing.

NYC Votes Youth Ambassador Program
The NYC Votes Youth Ambassador Program is an initiative for New Yorkers aged 14-19 who are committed to increasing youth engagement in local elections. The program is led by young people, for young people.
Ambassadors participate in weekly meetings, engage with local history, host Voter Mobilization events in their communities, and share critical non-partisan information. By the end of the program, ambassadors are voting experts with the knowledge and skill to help lead their communities.

NYC Science Research Mentoring Consortium
The NYC Science Research Mentoring Consortium consists of over 20 partner programs that support 500+ scholars across 23 sites in New York City. Their programs share the following principles: [1] 70-hours of preparatory coursework [2] Over one-hundred hours of mentored science research [3] Access to academic and career guidance for science success [4] Access to scientific journals and presentations that support fluency in science communication [5] A culminating project that allows students to develop and present their research.

Qualia Global Scholars
Organized by Stanford University undergraduate and graduate students, Qualia Global Scholars is a selective pre-collegiate summer program that aims to empower high school and middle school students by advancing their leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through near-peer mentorship, project-based experiential learning, and interdisciplinary research. The program is led by Stanford students who have first-hand experiences of how transformative the Stanford experience can be in opening the doors to incredible opportunities. However, access to such opportunities is limited to a select few.

2023 Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) Lottery is Now Open
All students ages 14–24 are invited to apply to participate in the 2023 Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP), which is now accepting applications for summer 2023 via the general lottery through March 31.
